Your primary perspective is that of foundational public health concepts and principles (that is public health history, philosophy, and values). In the strategic plan document:
1. Review the Director’s opening message and explain specifically where key public health concepts and principles (historical, philosophical, or values) are discussed.
2. Looking at the stated goals, objectives, and strategies, provide an example of two levels of prevention in population health (that is primary, secondary, or tertiary).
3. In response, what weaknesses do you see in their evaluation? Provide support by making additional suggestions, based on what you have review and topics, which have not yet been considered.
